The Team

SweepMe! is a spin off from TU Dresden founded by Axel Fischer and Felix Kaschura. During their PhD studies in Applied Physics at TU Dresden, Axel and Felix focused on developing vertical organic transistors. During this time, it became apparent that there was a lack of flexible and creative tools to quickly realize new ideas. Now, they are both eager to discover the additional possibilities by extending SweepMe!.

From a PhD-lab side project at TU Dresden to a measurement software used in industry and research worldwide.

2025 | 12 Felix D. starts on a joint project with Fraunhofer IPMS and Credoxys GmbH.

2025 | 05 SweepMe! 1.5.7 released.

2024 | 01 Franz starts on an innovation project.

2024 | 01 SweepMe! 1.5.6 released.

2023 | 06 Moved into new office space.

2023 | 05 Felix K. joins full-time.

2022 | 04 Welcomed the first working student.

2021 | 10 Axel begins working full-time for the company.

2021 | 04 SweepMe! GmbH officially founded.

2020 | 10 SweepMe! 1.5.5. released.

2020 | 02 First project on the automation of vacuum chambers.

2019 | 12 Secured first customer in the semiconductor industry.

2019 | 10 New webpage launched.

2019 | 04 SweepMe! 1.5.4 released.
